Desafío Ruta 40 YPF will be presented in Buenos Aires

The official launch of the 2026 Desafío Ruta 40 YPF will take place on Wednesday May 13 at 11:00 am at the headquarters of the Automóvil Club Argentino in Buenos Aires. The event will bring together officials, institutional representatives, sponsors, the media and key figures from the competition, in the run-up to a new edition of South America’s most iconic rally raid.

During the press conference, the main sporting and organisational details of the competition will be revealed. The event will take place from 24 to 29 May, covering a route linking San Juan – San Rafael – San Juan, and will count as the third round of the World Rally Raid Championship (W2RC). In addition, the new features of this 13th edition and the highlights of an event that will once again bring together the leading international and regional figures in the discipline will be presented.
