During the rally, the bivouacs will play a key role as the itinerant home of the teams and the race organization. These temporary camps offer a very special atmosphere for both: competitors and the public, creating a unique experience of camaraderie in the heat of a competition.

In 2026 edition, from May 24-29, the bivouacs will be open to the public with free admission, in what will be an exceptional opportunity for motorsport fans to experience all the excitement of the Desafío Ruta 40 closely and take a look at the work of the teams as well as meet the stars of this world-class competition.
